How to become mentally stronger and less emotional?

Being emotional and being mentally stronger these are two different things. If you are emotional, it doesn’t mean you are not mentally stronger.

Females tend to be more emotional than males but there are tons of females in this world who are handling their work with great mental strength and pouring amazing emotional values into their family.

If you have emotions that’s why you are living thing. There is nothing like less emotional or more emotional.

Do you think one mother love their kids less than other mothers? No.

Every individual has the same intensity of emotions. The difference is

  • who stuck on that emotional thought and
  • for how much time

You just have to live in a present moment to handle the chaos. Most of the time we try to forget, ignore issues and try to divert the mind from the issue.

The more you did, the more issues start making the heap in the back of your mind, without letting you know, until the heap is on the verge to burst. And when you burst, all your emotional issues come out together with greater force to force you to kneel down before them.

Instead of this, if you try to deal with every issue one by one, you may feel like the issue is much smaller than your intellect.

When one of the emotional thoughts come over your mind just stay with that. Start analyzing your brain, how thoughts coming into your mind, to what your brain is asking to do, what are the thoughts roaming into your mind. By doing this you start feeling you have somewhat control over your brain.
