How To Improve Your Thinking
Suppose you have to bathe with the cold water in winters and you are scared. At the time when cold water is about to touch your skin, your mind will catch every inch’s feel of your body. This is the whole process will control your brain for few seconds.
At this time your concentration is 100%, your focus is 100% and your thinking is 0%.
When there is a concentration, there is not general thinking.
Everything is thinking. It depends on what type of thinking you are doing. For example;
- Thinking about one thing, again and again, becomes a concentration.
- Thinking with the question, why it is this, what will happen, is imaginative or creative thinking, what we call imagination.
Your thinking will not improve until there is no judgment over your thoughts. When you think something, you are just thinking. To improve your thinking, you need confirmation by passing it through judgment that whether your thinking is correct or incorrect.
If you thought is incorrect, find why it is incorrect and if it is correct just go further in your thought, on the next step.
When you working on the confirmation of one thought, you are moving on the level of concentration and focus.
Focus and concentration are fixed thinking.
For thinking, you need observation, for concentration you need focus.
