Practice controlling your mind.

When performers get set ready to go on stage, they start preparing themselves almost an hour before. You know what they actually do at this time?

Actually, they remind themselves again and again through various ways to help their brain diminish the other life activities and thoughts and highlights the performance in their mind.

This is the same thing gym goers do. They do warm-ups to prepare their body to get prepared and their mind gives them space to focus on exercise.

Before starting any task, start preparation so your brain clears out other thoughts and start developing your attention towards the task. So when you start the task your brain will be all clear to graph the thoughts related to the task.

In a preparation, first, you have to set the time slot of the task. Remind yourself again and again that there is a task that you have to finish. Start the task at the exact time that you fix, even if you free before that time.

Think about the time when you know there is an upcoming event and when there is a sudden event out of knowledge. Preparation will get you ready for the task. You have to practice this process for first few times and then your brain becomes the master.

Another technique is Doing Alone. Most of the time we need some company everywhere but it will never measure or increase your potential.

If the task is so powerful, it will itself disconnect you from everything. Like when the wife is pregnant and the husband is waiting outside for the baby.
